The RSA is the “Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce” to be based in London.
Their functioning is to enlighten organizations to be committed ind finding innovative practical solutions in future challenges of society. I find this video a great way of sharing the message.
I also see a lot of potential, among Danish production companies, who want to make an effort in using ’empathy’ as a strategy – or in my world, Empathic Design to start developing new products for a social agenda.
And what is Empathic Design again?
Fulfilling peoples special needs. That may be in lifestyle products, public services or issues among the health sector.
But how??
Start implementing Design Thinking in our organization. Build up an empathic design strategy. Put the user in the center, and invite them in or start observing them to find out their real problem. Then make them co-designers, and make them telling you and help you understand what the real needs and desires are, for future aspirations!
