Thank you ladies!

What a night – what a pleasure!

I had the opportunity to share my thoughts on sensory design, design management and Happy Help to a bunch of enthusiastic and openminded women. The event was held at Henning Larsen Architects in Copenhagen by the non profit networking organization “Ladies FIrst”. The theme was women and leadership and it included input from two experienced speakers, with both their specific backgrounds. The first lady was Dorte Peary who runs her own consultancy, working with leaders. As a former one, Dorte had some quite funny examples of how a lot of women think and act to compete with men. Dorte is working as an executive coach for a lot of big danish companies. The next great speaker was Karen Sjørup, an expert and researcher from RUC focusing on gender and equality. She fitted perfectly into Dortes speech with her research-driven approach on what mechanisms affecting women in power.

Truly a great night to remember! And thanks to “Ladies First” for giving us entrepreneurial spirits an opportunity to share and connect in such great settings!
