As of today, I am no longer a Ph.D. fellow at Design School Kolding.
My contract of three years runs out, and 18th of April I will be heading for maternity leave.
I am not sure what the future will bring, but I have some projects in the pipeline… One of them is an application for the Danish Arts Foundation.
Another one is continuous conversations with Jayne Wallace at Northumbria University in Newcastle-Upon-Thymes in the UK.
A third idea is to collaborate with interesting partners in the field of wearable health design. One of these profiles is 3Part.
A fourth project is part of a grant application together with Design School Kolding and Koldinghus, who just received the Danish Arts Foundation jewellery collection. On top Koldinghus has 1000 items in their jewellery collection – items that have never been exhibited or catalysed into jewellery research.
I will try to update You further on what will happen – but for now, I will concentrate on my Ph.D. thesis deadline 1st of April.
Best
Trine
PS I have uploaded my recent published journal article for the Journal of Jewellery Research. Please have a look in the ‘Publications’ section on top of my blog archive.
Hej Trine, best of luck for the next adventures ahead! Seems like we are both focused on thesiswriting at the moment, I have to hand in in less than a month 😵. Fingers crossed and please keep us updated ☺️.
Very best Svenja
